When you create or use a Plus+ account, we collect the information needed to offer the service, such as your email address, password (stored in protected hashed form), email-verification status, account and subscription details, and information about TVs linked to your account. We may collect your first and last name if you voluntarily supply them through a feature or support request; a name is not currently required for website sign-up.

If you contact us, we may also keep your message, reseller Telegram contact when supplied, and the details needed to respond. Enquiries and responses may be retained together in an admin support conversation. Please do not send us your passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

devicesUsage and device data

When you access Plus+, technical information may be processed automatically. This can include your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, dates and times of requests, operating system, app or device type, device identifiers or derived device fingerprints, application version, network and device status, and diagnostic or security events.

On Android TV, information used to register devices, prevent repeated trial abuse, link a TV and maintain playback may include device and network characteristics. We also collect operational statistics such as successful playback starts and failed startup reports to help identify unreliable content. The exact technical information depends on the features and device you use.

Where logs or diagnostics include identifiers, we use them for operations, security and troubleshooting, and restrict access as appropriate.

Our website uses essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to support secure TV linking or other authentication flows. Essential cookies are required for those features to work. They may expire when a session ends or at the configured session expiry.

We also use temporary browser session storage to remember a TV activation request while you move between account pages. It is cleared when the request is completed or removed and is generally discarded when the browser session ends.

Your browser can block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent sign-in, TV linking or other account features from working. This website implementation does not currently set a separate advertising-tracking or cookie-acceptance cookie. If we introduce optional analytics, marketing cookies or tracking pixels, we will update our disclosures and provide any controls required by applicable law.

Information may be processed in locations outside your country where infrastructure or providers operate. When applicable, we take steps to meet cross-border data-protection requirements.

historyData retention and deletion

We keep account details while an account is active and for any additional period reasonably needed for security, support, legal obligations, dispute resolution or enforcement. Diagnostic and usage records are kept only as long as needed for their operational purpose, subject to applicable retention requirements. Different categories of records may have different retention periods.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. Certain records may need to be retained for lawful reasons or to prevent fraud and abuse. Closing an account does not automatically remove records we must lawfully preserve.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Where local law requires a higher age or parental consent, those requirements also apply.
